We are looking for Transformation Leader for Client Services Department with disruptive mindset and deep knowledge of business process reengineering approaches, as well as deep understanding of modern business process automation technology. This is a new role fully concentrated on innovative transformation projects, without any involvement into day-to-day business-as-usual operational activities.
His / her main task will be to analyze existing business processes and workflows with the objective of finding innovative ways for their improvement and / or automation, with an ultimate goal to make Customer Experience effortless and enjoyable for our end clients.
He / she will also be responsible for research and analysis of modern business process optimization trends and techniques, aiming to understand if they can be implemented in Cardif Russia.
We also expect our future Transformation Leader to promote process change, optimization and continuous improvement of technologies / skills across all levels of the company, encouraging all staff to participate in moving forward to a new digital business reality.
