We are looking for Transformation Leader for Client Services Department with disruptive mindset and deep knowledge of business process reengineering approaches, as well as deep understanding of modern business process automation technology. This is a new role fully concentrated on innovative transformation projects, without any involvement into day-to-day business-as-usual operational activities.

His / her main task will be to analyze existing business processes and workflows with the objective of finding innovative ways for their improvement and / or automation, with an ultimate goal to make Customer Experience effortless and enjoyable for our end clients.

He / she will also be responsible for research and analysis of modern business process optimization trends and techniques, aiming to understand if they can be implemented in Cardif Russia.

We also expect our future Transformation Leader to promote process change, optimization and continuous improvement of technologies / skills across all levels of the company, encouraging all staff to participate in moving forward to a new digital business reality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To formulate the long-term strategy, taking into account all the trends from the market and anticipating business process evolution
  • To drive transformation projects portfolio within Client Service Department
  • To analyze modern trends in the optimization/modernization and propose the implementation strategy if the trend can be used within the company
  • To manage business processes change (reengineering, automation)
  • To facilitate process workshops and prepare documentation using process maps and business requirements, if needed
  • To communicate with the Head Office and prepare presentations on the projects implementation on a regular basis
  • To promote transformation within the company


Skills and background:

  • Consulting experience of at least 5-6 years in business process analysis, optimization and reengineering / automation is a must
  • Strong analytical and business processes background, strong knowledge of technology solutions
  • Knowledge of Agile / Kanban / Scrum techniques, experience in leading processes and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Project oriented and result-focused, ready to take risks to prove hypothesis or concept
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must
